These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bash AI LLC (“Bash AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our AI phone-receptionist and lead-capture services and the website at getbash.ai (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Bash AI provides software that answers phone calls on behalf of your business using an AI agent, captures caller information, and delivers call summaries and lead notifications by email and/or text message. You are responsible for the configuration you provide (greetings, hours, routing, and instructions) and for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable law.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Bash AI, including call summaries, lead notifications, and related service and account messages. Message frequency varies based on your call and lead activity, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Accounts & Payment

You agree to provide accurate account information and to pay the fees for your selected plan. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Plans may include usage allowances; usage above an allowance may be subject to additional fees or a plan change.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose, including sending unsolicited messages, violating any person’s privacy, or interfering with the operation of the Services. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for calls you direct to the Services.

Service Availability & AI Disclaimer

The Services rely on AI and third-party telephony and may not be error-free or available at all times. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bash AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
