This Privacy Policy describes how Bash AI LLC (“Bash AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our AI phone-receptionist and lead-capture services and the website at getbash.ai (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the Services, including:
- Contact and account details — name, business name, email address, and phone/mobile number.
- Business configuration — business hours, services offered, greetings, and call-handling preferences.
- Call data — caller phone number, call recordings or transcripts, summaries, and metadata such as time and duration.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, and analytics about how the Services are used.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Services, including to:
- Answer calls on your behalf, capture leads, and route or summarize calls.
- Send you call summaries, lead notifications, and service-related messages by email and/or text message.
- Provide support, secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
- Improve the quality and reliability of the Services.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in, Bash AI sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide — for example, call summaries and lead notifications after our AI answers a call for your business, along with related service and account messages. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages during onboarding or sign-up.
Message frequency varies and depends on your call and lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@getbash.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Services — for example, with infrastructure and communications providers (such as our telephony, voice-AI, email, and hosting vendors) who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices & Rights
You may opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting sales@getbash.ai. Opting out of service-related notifications may affect your use of the Services.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
