Privacy Policy

If you opt in, Bash AI sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide — for example, call summaries and lead notifications after our AI answers a call for your business, along with related service and account messages. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages during onboarding or sign-up.

Message frequency varies and depends on your call and lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@getbash.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

On plans that book appointments, you can connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar so our AI receptionist can book the appointments your callers ask for. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.

What we access.With Google Calendar, we can see only your free/busy times — not the titles, attendees, locations, or descriptions of your events — plus one calendar we create in your account named “Bash AI Bookings,” where we add, change, or remove the appointments we book. We cannot see or change your other calendars. Microsoft doesn’t offer an equally narrow permission, so for Outlook we ask to read and write your calendars; we use only the start and end times and busy status of your existing events to find open times, and we don’t store their contents. We also receive the email address of the connected account, so you can see which account is connected.

How we use it.Only to find open times, to book, change, or cancel the appointments your callers request, and to tell you about those bookings. The details on a booked appointment (such as the caller’s name, number, address, and reason for calling) come from the call itself.

Storage and sharing. The keys that let us access your calendar are stored encrypted with our cloud provider. Free/busy information is used during the call and not kept afterward. We do not sell calendar data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the booking feature (for example, the AI model that agrees a time with your caller receives the open time slots). We do not use Google or Microsoft user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Disconnecting.Remove Bash AI from your Google Account (Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services) or your Microsoft account (Apps and services), or email sales@getbash.ai. When you disconnect, we delete our access keys and stop accessing your calendar. Appointments already booked stay on your calendar unless you delete them.

Bash AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
